Its unique approach to Wellness and 360º lifestyle optimization is built on the basis of its experiences with more than 20 years in the fitness area, as well as its specific training in teaching, pilates and resistance training.
With 200m2, located in downtown Porto, Kinetic has a community bar, changing rooms with lockers and showers, a reserved area with resistance training machines and an area for small group classes. Our space presents a serene and welcoming environment, with plenty of natural light.

Private Trainer since 2005 - in the context of health and sport, he was the coordinator and technical director of health clubs in the Porto region, was a federated basketball player and assumed the position of principal coach in different levels and clubs, including the Porto District selection.
He is the current REP representative for the North of Portugal region, professor in the ELEMENTS course, assistant in the REP course.

Degree in Sports, in the High Performance Gymnastics Training option, from the University of Porto.
He did an exchange program in Brazil (Unileste, Minas Gerais) as a student, where he discovered his passion, pilates, later certifying himself at the Pilates Institute.
She was an athlete and federated trainer of basketball and artistic gymnastics. But it is through pilates that he enters the world of fitness, going through various functions: personal trainer, instructor of group classes and weight training. Specialization area: Group and individual Pilates, resistance training and training particularization.
